What is FYIMP?

The Five-Year Integrated Master Programme (FYIMP) is a new academic initiative in Assam, launched in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. It offers a combined undergraduate and postgraduate program, allowing students to complete both degrees in a single, continuous five-year course.

Gauhati University has released an important notification for FYIMP Semester-II (Regular Batch 2024) students of BA, B.Sc, and B.Com regarding the Examination Form Fill-Up 2025

  • Form Fill-Up Dates (Without Fine): 05 May 2025 to 09 May 2025
  • With Fine: Up to 11 May 2025
  • Online Payment Only via SAMARTH e-Gov Portal
  • No offline submission or fee will be accepted

Important Instructions for GU FYIMP Semester-II Exam Form Fill-Up 2025

  1. Students must visit https://gauhati.samarth.edu.in to fill out the examination form.
  2. Examination fee must be paid only through the online payment gateway available on the SAMARTH Portal.
  3. No examination forms or fees will be accepted offline by Gauhati University.
  4. Students who have not completed Course Registration (as per Notification No. GU/Acad/2025/Noti/609-612 dated 10th April 2025) must not make any payment. Their form fill-up will be invalid even if payment is done, and the university will not be responsible for such payments.
  5. Departments must verify all filled forms by 12 May 2025. Admit Cards and Attendance Sheets will be generated only for verified forms.
  6. Refer to the User Manual provided in the portal for step-by-step instructions.
     

How to Fill Gauhati University FYIMP Semester-II Exam Form 2025

Follow the steps below to complete your examination form fill-up through the SAMARTH e-Gov Portal:

Step-by-Step Process:

  • Visit the SAMARTH Portal
    Go to https://gauhati.samarth.edu.in
  • Login to Your Account
    Use your registered credentials to log in. If you don't have an account, create one using your registered email/phone.
  • Navigate to Examination Section
    After logging in, click on the ‘Examination Form Fill-Up’ option available in the dashboard.
  • Fill in the Required Details
    Enter your academic and personal details as required in the form.
  • Verify Course Registration Status
    Ensure your course registration is completed. If not, do not proceed with payment.
  • Pay Examination Fees Online
    Use the online payment gateway integrated in the portal to make the payment. No other payment mode is accepted.
  • Submit the Form
    After successful payment, submit your form. Save or print the confirmation for future reference.

  • Do not pay if your course registration is incomplete.
  • No manual form submission or offline payment will be accepted.
