Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) has officially released the notification for BSc Nursing Admission 2025 in Assam. This entrance exam is conducted for admission to B.Sc. Nursing courses in both government and private institutions across the state. Interested female candidates and eligible male candidates (for private institutes only) can apply online from 23rd April 2025 to 22nd May 2025. The entrance examination will be held on 22nd June 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for SSUHS BSc Nursing Admission 2025
Educational Qualification
- Passed 10+2 (Science stream) from a recognized board.
- Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- Minimum marks:
- General: 50%
- PWD: 45%
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H): 40%
Appearing Candidates
- Students appearing in 10+2 (Science) in 2025 can apply provisionally.
- Final marks must be updated once results are declared.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 17 years as on 31st December 2025.
Gender Criteria
- Only female candidates can apply for government nursing institutes.
- Male candidates may apply for private nursing institutes only.
Nationality & Residency
- Must be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
