Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Nursing Admission 2025
Aspiring candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- For B.Sc (Nursing):
- Higher Secondary (10+2) Science or equivalent from a recognized Board/Council/University with English as a subject.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (45% for PwBD, 40% for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) candidates).
- For GNM:
- Option 1: 10+2 with English, securing at least 40% aggregate marks (35% for SC/ST candidates).
- Option 2: 10+2 with English and a vocational ANM course with 40% marks (35% for SC/ST candidates), from an INC recognized school.
- Option 3: 10+2 with English and vocational Stream-Healthcare Science with 40% marks (35% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board.
- Option 4: Registered ANM with pass marks.
Gender:
- Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

Stipend and Training Details
IOCL provides attractive stipends and additional benefits during the course and internship:
Stipend During Training:
- B.Sc (Nursing): Rs. 2,800/- (1st year), Rs. 3,000/- (2nd year), Rs. 3,200/- (3rd year), Rs. 3,400/- (4th year) per month.
- GNM: Rs. 2,500/- (1st year), Rs. 2,700/- (2nd year), Rs. 2,900/- (3rd year) per month.
Additional Benefits:
- Free hostel accommodation, medical attention for self at AOD Hospital, and uniform provided. Compulsory hostel stay is required.
- Post-Course Internship (Working Intern):
- B.Sc (Nursing): 1 year compulsory internship at AOD Hospital or other IOCL hospitals, extendable up to 2 years. Stipend: Rs. 16,250/- per month at AOD Hospital; additional Rs. 1,000/- per month for other IOCL hospitals. Accommodation not provided during internship.
- GNM: 1 year compulsory internship at AOD Hospital or other IOCL hospitals, extendable up to 2 years. Stipend: Rs. 15,250/- per month at AOD Hospital; additional Rs. 1,000/- per month for other IOCL hospitals. Accommodation not provided during internship.
