Executive Trainee Position Details

Name of the Post: Executive Trainee

Number of Posts: As per organizational needs

Remuneration: Rs 27,000/- per month

Age Limit: Applicants should be a maximum of 27 years old.

Place of Posting: SeSTA’s operational areas in Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria

SeSTA is seeking motivated young individuals who are committed to commencing a career in development work. The ideal candidates will be dedicated to working with rural disadvantaged communities and making a tangible difference in their lives. The specific eligibility requirements are:

  • Educational Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a minimum of 50% marks in the last qualified examinations. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories need to have at least 45% marks.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Candidates holding B.Sc & M.Sc in Agriculture, B.Sc & M.Sc in Fishery, or B.V.Sc degrees will be given preference.
